Black Law P.A. is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal / Office Manager to take on a key operational and legal-support leadership role in a growing Florida litigation firm. This is more than a traditional paralegal position. It's a chance to be the backbone of a collaborative team that handles complex commercial litigation, corporate practice support, office operations, and staff coordination.

The ideal candidate thrives in a leadership role, values precision and accountability, and enjoys balancing high-level legal support with day-to-day operational oversight. Strong litigation experience, office-management skills, and the confidence to take ownership without constant direction are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 DOE
