SULANY PEREZ

Ms. Perez specializes in commercial and business litigation, which she has been doing since she began her career as a lawyer several years ago. Ms. Perez is versatile, pragmatic, and thoughtful, allowing her clients to worry less because she worries more. Her background in banking law especially helps when engaging in post-judgment collection matters that involve garnishments and supplementary proceedings. Ms. Perez has the expertise, imagination and drafting wizardry in post-judgment collection efforts that scares most deadbeat judgment-debtors.

Ms. Perez is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and bilingual. She had the pleasure of interning for the Honorable Jose Rodriguez in Miami-Dade County. While she’s relatively new to our team, what we do know is Ms. Perez is an experienced and complete litigation associate, and how incredibly hard working, smart, reliable and valuable she is to us and our clients. She’s a recent transplant from Miami. The pull of that city’s superior coffee and nightlife worries us constantly, but we attempt to keep her planted in Ft. Lauderdale by reminding her of all the legendary concert venues that lie on this side of the Mason-Dixon line. When she’s not planning her next trip or recipe, she’s attempting to convince us to run a 5K with her or attend a Taylor Swift concert.
