To our valued clients,

As we navigate this unprecedented time, our commitment is to ensure safety for our clients and our community. With this directive in mind, I can assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to avoid disease spread. While our office hours have not changed, our staff and attorneys are working remotely. All in person depositions and mediations scheduled for April and May 2020 are postponed. In addition, the courts have been closed to the public, and postponed in-person hearings through May 2020.  Courts are utilizing telephonic and Zoom video conference hearings, and Black Law P.A. is making sure that important matters are getting set for hearings.

Trials are postponed through July 6, 2020 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and through May 31, 2020 for Florida state court proceedings. We will continue to keep you updated as this situation develops.

Of course, if you have any questions, please call or email me at your convenience. We wish you and your families good health and urge you all to make adjustments to minimize the spread of the virus in our community.
